Product Details
Graphite crucible and its lid are produced by using graphitized petroleum coke and graphite powder as aggregates and coal pitch as binder, through a series of processes including kneading, pressing, roasting and mechanical processing. The process flow is as follows:
1) Add graphite powder to the raw material of graphitized petroleum coke particles. The formula contains four types of particles, namely 5~2mm, 2~1mm, 1~0mm, and less than 0.075mm.
2) Add the prepared raw materials to the mixing pot and stir, then add liquid asphalt to the mixing pot, and continue stirring to make the asphalt infiltrate the petroleum coke particles; the amount of liquid asphalt added, in terms of mass percentage, can be the total prepared calcined petroleum coke. 25% to 28% of granular raw materials and excipients.
3) Put the kneaded and cooled paste into a pressure forming machine (molding machine) for molding; the extrusion pressure is 18-19MPa, and the volume density of the molded crucible green body reaches more than 1.68g/cm3.
4) Put the crucible green body into a specially designed heating furnace for high-temperature heat treatment at 1300°C to carbonize the coal pitch in the green body to form higher mechanical strength, lower resistivity, better thermal stability and chemical properties. Stable roasted product crucible. When loading the furnace, fill it with auxiliary materials to ensure that the green crucible does not deform during the roasting process. The heating curve of roasting can be 566h curve. The roasting production cycle is about 22-30 days longer, and the roasting pass rate can reach 92%.
5) Cut the roasted product crucible to achieve the required size, shape, precision, etc., and make it into a finished product that meets the usage requirements.
